Every athlete needs a current physical and a DragonFly MAX account before practicing or playing.

DRAGONFLY MAX ACCOUNTS

Students and parents each need their own account. When searching for the school, choose Spring Creek High School.

Go to DragonFly MAX

STUDENTS

  1. 1Download the DragonFly MAX app, or go to dragonflymax.com.
  2. 2Tap Get Started, then Sign Up for Free. Use your own email, not a parent's.
  3. 3Enter the verification code sent to your email.
  4. 4Tap Connect to your school, choose Athlete, and search for Spring Creek High School.
  5. 5Tap Join, then join your team or teams.

PARENTS & GUARDIANS

  1. 1Go to dragonflymax.com, or download the DragonFly MAX app from the App Store or Google Play.
  2. 2Tap Get Started, then Sign Up for Free.
  3. 3Create the account with the parent or guardian's own email, not the student's.
  4. 4Enter the verification code sent to that email.
  5. 5Tap Connect to your school, choose Parent, and search for Spring Creek High School.
  6. 6Tap Join. The school approves your request.
  7. 7Tap Set up your children, add your student, and complete the forms. Upload the signed physical form there.
